Mark and Pam Taft worked in church youth ministry for nine years before joining Campus Crusade for Christ staff in 1994. Married since 1985, they have two young adult sons: Nathan, and Ryan.
     The Tafts moved to New York City in 1995 and coordinated youth development efforts for Here*s Life Inner City, and urban ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ. In 1999, they were commissioned as city directors of the HLIC New York team. 
     While in leadership, they came through great difficulty in their marriage.  After years of hard work and growth, they are now experiencing a relationship they never thought possible.
    They are now certified life and relationship coaches building into marriages and discipling pastors and leaders.   In 2007 Crusade launched a new initiative in helping cities to reach the lost for Christ.  Mark and Pam were asked to be a part of that, initiating a branch of Crusade named LeaderFocus.
